1. Please ensure that we receive your bids at least 30 Minutes before the start of the auction. It may not be possible to accept bids received after this time.

2. Absentee bids are carried out free of charge. Please ensure that all sections of the form are filled in legibly. Triveda's reserve the right not to operate bids on forms that cannot, in their exclusive opinion, be clearly deciphered.

3. Triveda's reserve the right not to operate bids unless all sections of the form have been completed. In particular a bid without an upper limit shall not be accepted.

4. Lots will be purchased as cheaply as vendors reserves other bids allow.

5. Should identical bids be left for the same lot, the bid received by Triveda's shall take precedence.

6. Neither Triveda's its employees or agents shall be liable either the buyer or the seller for any neglect or defaulter failure in operating the bid.

7. Triveda's shall attempt to notify all successful absentee bidders as soon as possible after the auction but do not take responsibility for doing so.
